This place is similar to Jersey Mike's in LA but the quality is definitely not the same, their sandwiches are big but not as big as Jersey's but well much cheaper also.
I got to our hotel which was at walking distance from this shop and I was to tired to go somewhere far to get food and since I've been eating at hotel restaurant for past 2 days I wanted something different so I walked to this place and got a giant Italian sub to share with my mom.
-The sandwich was the same size as Subway sandwiches.
-Much better than Subway.
I might probably try it again if I don't have better options around but it definetly won't be my first choice to pick. -

You suck! I ordered the beach club because it had avocado and my friend ordered the veggie for the same reason. NO AVOCADO on either!! PLUS, no 9 grain bread only stale white and they were blasting their music, one employee was babysitting her kids at the counter while working. Very unprofessional, never go there again.

I stopped in here following a Ravens game to buy some food and use the restroom and the woman behind the counter who appeared to be the manager was so rude and disrespectful. As soon as I walked in she was arguing with a customer and being rude. She then was talking loudly and negatively about the customer to other customers. It was very unprofessional and made the atmosphere unpleasant. She decided to chat with the cashier instead of allowing the cashier to ring up my order and neither of them greeted me pleasantly. I will never come back. This happened on Sunday October 13th at 4:30 pm.

Jimmy John's is like a pumped-up version of Subway on steroids.
They are within minutes of each other here and if attending an event at the convention center nearby it's a decent enough choice for a quick lunch.
It's basically glorified fast food subs. Reasonably priced, and you have a selection of free toppings to add on your sandwich. Nothing here will WOW you, but the food here tasted ok. My tuna sub with cucumbers and tomato on a soft hero roll was good enough for lunch, then back to work.
Service was quick and they got the order right. -

I have not eaten at a Jimmy John's in over 5 years; although, they are popping up all over our area more frequently - I still haven't chosen it as a destination sandwich spot!
On this particular occasion, I was unwilling to walk around Inner Harbor by myself prior to my work event in the Hilton Convention Center so I chose the restaurant that was directly inside of the building!
I was so excited to choose a tuna salad sub as I had remembered the Jimmy John's sub bread is delish; however, - and here is a STRONG suggestion for management/admins at Jimmy John's - how do they not disclose in the menu board that the tuna salad is loaded with ONIONS! UGH
